南京雷德機械有限公司成立于1988年5月1號，現(xiàn)址南京市溧水明覺工業(yè)區(qū)。廠房面積6600平方，員工130多名，其中各類專業(yè)技術(shù)人員40多名。企業(yè)與2000年通過IS09002認證。

        南京雷德機械有限公司是專業(yè)生產(chǎn)刀片、模具、軋輥和導(dǎo)軌的企業(yè)，主要產(chǎn)品包括剪刃、分條機刀片、縱剪機刀片等，產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于鋼鐵、造紙、木業(yè)、塑料、橡膠、紡織和包裝等行業(yè)。工廠包括數(shù)控加工中心在內(nèi)的各類生產(chǎn)設(shè)備100多臺，擁有10名熱處理，材料檢測技師。經(jīng)過20年的技術(shù)累積，尤其經(jīng)過近幾年大規(guī)模技術(shù)更新改造，已形成較為先進的生產(chǎn)體系。
